Billit Invoicing is provided by Yanis De Maesschalck, trading as YDM Design, Roombaardstraat 40, 9810 Nazareth-De Pinte, Belgium. VAT BE0699694751. Contact: info@ydmdesign.be. In these terms, "we", "us" and "YDM Design" refer to this business, and "you" refers to the customer using the app.
Billit Invoicing is a marketplace app that connects your CRM account to your Billit account, so that completed payments can automatically generate invoices in Billit, delivered by Peppol or email.
Billit Invoicing is an independent integration and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Billit.eu.
To use the service you need a valid CRM account and a valid Billit account. You're responsible for keeping your CRM login, Billit API credentials, and any custom field mappings accurate and up to date.
Each plan includes a set number of invoices per month; invoices beyond that are billed at your plan's per-invoice overage rate. All charges, including overage, are billed through your CRM's own billing on your CRM account, not invoiced separately by us. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from within your CRM. Overage already billed for invoices already created is not refundable.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the Billit credentials, VAT numbers, and customer data you configure or that flow through the app from your CRM. Billit Invoicing helps automate invoice creation, but it doesn't replace your own tax, accounting, or invoicing compliance obligations, and it isn't tax or legal advice.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may occasionally perform maintenance or experience downtime caused by third parties we depend on, such as your CRM provider or Billit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
How we handle data processed through the app is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Billit Invoicing app, its software, and its branding remain the property of YDM Design. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from your CRM. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, payment obligations aren't met, or these terms are otherwise breached.
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version, with its update date, is always available at this page. Questions can be sent to info@ydmdesign.be.
